Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service, but we understand plans can change.

1. Participant Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

2. Company Cancellations

If WV Adventure Rides cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events:

• Participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
