1. Introduction
WV Adventure Rides LLC provides motorcycle roadside assistance and recovery services in Romney, WV, Hampshire County, and surrounding areas within a 150-mile radius. Our services include motorcycle transport, roadside repairs, fuel delivery, vehicle recovery, and general mechanical assistance.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not request service.
2. Service Description
WV Adventure Rides LLC offers the following services:
- Motorcycle Transport: Secure transport for disabled or broken-down motorcycles.
- Roadside Repairs: Minor mechanical fixes, battery replacements, tire changes, and welding.
- Fuel Delivery: Emergency roadside fuel delivery.
- Vehicle Recovery: Assistance with vehicles that have fallen or become disabled in difficult locations (e.g., roadside embankments, ditches, off-road areas).
Service Limitations
- We do not offer medical assistance or emergency services. If you are in a dangerous situation, call 911 immediately.
- We cannot guarantee that all roadside repairs will fully resolve your motorcycle’s issue. Some repairs may require additional shop services.
- Recovery services may be limited in extreme weather, hazardous locations, or unsafe conditions.
3. Service Fees & Payment
- Base Service Fee: A standard service fee applies to all calls and must be paid before dispatch.
- Additional Charges: Extra fees may apply for mileage, fuel, specialized repairs, additional labor, and recovery services.
- Payment: All payments must be made through **Stripe pay links** before service is rendered. Cash or checks are not accepted.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made before dispatch. If the rescue truck has already been deployed, the base service fee is non-refundable.
4. Liability & Risk Waiver
By using WV Adventure Rides LLC, you acknowledge that:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues.
- While we take every precaution, we are not liable for accidental damage that may occur during transport or recovery.
- You assume all risks associated with roadside assistance and recovery operations.
WV Adventure Rides LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or any consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate details about your motorcycle, location, and issue.
-Ensure safe access to your motorcycle if possible.
- Acknowledge that all fees must be paid upfront before services are performed.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in service refusal or additional charges.
6. Service Refusal & Termination
WV Adventure Rides LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:
- The location is deemed unsafe for personnel or equipment.
- The customer engages in threatening, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
- The motorcycle is beyond reasonable recovery capabilities.
If service is refused or terminated for these reasons, the base service fee is non-refundable.
7. Emergency Situations
- WV Adventure Rides LLC is not an emergency service.
- If you are involved in an accident, injured, or in immediate danger, call 911 before contacting us.
8. Refunds & Disputes
- Refunds are granted only under specific conditions, such as service non-fulfillment due to company fault.
- Service dissatisfaction due to mechanical limitations does not qualify for a refund.
- Disputes should be directed to service@wvadventurerides.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.
9. Changes to Terms
WV Adventure Rides LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
