2. Booking and Payments

• Reservations must be made in advance through our website or designated booking channels.

• Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment methods.

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the ride are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

3. Safety and Liability

• Participants are responsible for wearing proper safety gear and following the guide’s instructions.

• WV Adventure Rides is not liable for personal injuries, lost items, or property damage during the ride.

• All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any adventure ride.

4. Weather Policy

• Rides may be rescheduled in case of severe weather conditions for safety reasons.

• If WV Adventure Rides cancels a ride due to weather, participants will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

5. Conduct and Behavior

• Participants must not engage in reckless behavior, including but not limited to speeding, off-trail riding, or disrespecting nature and wildlife.

• Alcohol and drug use before or during the ride are strictly prohibited.

• WV Adventure Rides reserves the right to remove any participant from a ride without refund if they violate safety guidelines.

• All content, including images, logos, and text on this website, is the property of WV Adventure Rides and may not be used without permission.
